I can't attend either of the parties. How can I get connected with classmates?

Participate in the "Class Updates" opportunity. We're collecting classmates' updated information and will share a compiled document with everyone who submits theirs. Just fill out the class update section of the reservation/update form.  

 

Can I bring my spouse, partner, or a guest to the reunion?

You are welcome to bring your spouse, partner, or guest to the reunion. Include their name on the reservation form and pay the corresponding event fee.

 

How do I update the contact information for a missing classmate?

We appreciate your help in providing contact information for a missing classmate. Just click this LINK to email Carolyn Cousins Glaser with the classmate’s contact information. We'll add them to our email list so they are sure to receive Reunion communications. You can also tell your classmates about the Reunion website and encourage them to make a reservation or provide an update. 

 

Are there vegetarian options on the reunion menu?

Yes! There will be meat and non-meat options available. 

 

Do you need any volunteers?

You bet! There are places for you to help with greeting, decorating, and planning...just click HERE to email Sam Steinhouse and join the team

 

Can I attend the Friday party, but not the main event on Saturday?

Of course, you can attend either or both nights. Please indicate your plans for each event separately on the reservation form. We still need to know a head count for Friday night even though it is free. Of course, we think you should attend both events! There will be so many classmates to catch up with, you'll need two nights!

 

What is the cost of each event?

The Friday night Beach Party is free to attend, thanks to donations from some generous classmates — but you’re welcome to bring a dish or drinks to share! Just email Kate Parr LINK and tell her what you plan to bring.

The Main Event, a party on Saturday night, is $100 per person.  This includes appetizers and a delicious buffet dinner, with a cash bar, at the beautiful Signature of Solon Country Club.

How do I pay the reservation fee for the Saturday night dinner?

First, complete and submit the online reservation form. Then send your payment of $100 per person using one of these three options:

1. Make a check payable to Sam Steinhouse and mail it to 75 Winterberry Ln, Moreland Hills, OH 44022

2. Pay using Venmo: @Sam-Steinhouse

3. Pay using Paypal: ssteinhouse@gmail.com

Where should I stay?

There are many hotel options in the I-271 and Chagrin Blvd. area. You can easily get all the details on travel websites like Hotels.com, Expedia, etc.  Some favorites of the committee include Marriott East on Harvard Road and Embassy Suites, Beachwood. Another recommended option is the Hyatt Place at Legacy Place in Lyndhurst.

What should I wear? Is there a recommended attire?

The Friday night beach party is very casual. So wear what makes you most comfortable - especially if the weather is hot. For Saturday evening's party, we recommend "nice casual." Again, that's up to your interpretation, but a bit nicer than the beach party. We'll let you decide if your plaid bell-bottom pants from high school fit the casual theme....or still fit you!
